Hi, I’m Martin. Easton Road Coffee began with a simple passion and a backyard flame. Based right here in the Lochwood neighborhood of Dallas, I started this cottage roastery to bring the art of traditional coffee back to our community.
The Way Coffee Used to Be
Before coffee became a mass-produced industrial commodity, it was a craft. We roast our beans the way it was done for generations—over an open fire. Unlike supermarket bags that sit on shelves for months, our coffee is roasted specifically for you. Every bag is hand-labeled with its roast date, ensuring you experience the peak flavor and aroma that only true freshness can provide.
Sourced with Intention
We specialize in high-altitude Arabica beans from the Antigua and Huehuetenango regions of Guatemala. Known for their balanced body and lingering, sweet finish, these beans thrive in the volcanic soil of the highlands. Their small size Arabica beans are unbeatable!
