Hi! My name is Martin. Coffee roasting has been my passion for many years. It led me to start Easton Road Coffee, a cottage coffee roastery located in the Lochwood neighborhood of Dallas, where I live.
We roast coffee the way it was done before food industrialization — at home, over a gas grill. We do not store coffee for months on end. Our product is prepared fresh to your order, and labeled with the date it was roasted. If you are not satisfied with supermarket coffee, we encourage you to try our fresh roast!
It's no secret that coffee beans from Guatemala produce a well-rounded, pleasing cup of coffee with that great lingering aftertaste. Their small size Arabica beans are world-famous, and that's why we decided to source our coffee from Antigua and Huehuetenango regions of Guatemala.
We are servicing local neighborhoods around White Rock Lake. If you live close by, we can deliver to your door. You are also welcome to pick your order up at our place. We recommend to set up a repeating order to have your coffee ready every 14 days automatically.
